Day 1: Arrival
Your trip begins with a transfer from the nearest train station at 17:00. Your train station pick-up depends on your chosen hotel – choose from the following accommodation: Les Myrtilles Auberge (Foix train station is a 30-minute transfer), Auberge Les Myrtilles (Foix train station is a 1-hour and 15-minute transfer), 1703 Rural Hotel (Latour-de-Carol train station is a 10-minute transfer).
There are regular train links from Toulouse Matabiau train station to Foix and Latour-de-Carol. From Toulouse airport there is a 20-minute airport shuttle to the main Toulouse (Matabiau) train station. Our hotels are in beautiful locations with many stunning hikes from their doorsteps. They all offer a different experience depending on what facilities you are looking for; and all have comfortable accommodation, excellent food and warm hospitality.
Days 2-5: Hike days
We will explore a different hike each day from your chosen hotel base. Each area offers varied rugged terrain high in the mountains of the Pyrenees.
Day 6: Departure
After breakfast we will transfer you back to your arrival train station at 08:30.
