I have long been an enthusiastic student and follower of Mary Magdalene – the Woman, Teacher and Prophet. My quest has taken me down many rabbit holes leading to off the beaten track places inspired by others who have researched and channelled the extraordinary facets of her later years in France. There are many credible stories, theories and legends relating to what may have become of her after the death of Jesus, revealing a treasure trove of mysteries to explore from a spiritual bent. Unravelling these mysteries and exploring their possibilities has led me to many places and amongst these are many gems I share with people, trusting they will find their own ways to feel and sense into her magic and mystery. Interwoven with my journeying with Mary Magdalene, the realms of Black Madonnas and Cathar history inevitably weave themselves into my bespoke days and tours, and there are a plethora of possibilities here. Our days will be full though never rushed. We visit caves, ruins, churches and often simply areas where her presence may be felt, always with time enough to reflect on just what these places bring up within our hearts and our very being.

For over two decades I have been interested in what it means to witness our more-than-human environment through an embodied experience. These encounters have led me to develop several workshop programmes, inviting participants on sensorial adventures and opening new perspectives on the mountain environment. Walking together with the rivers, rocks and forest of the Pyrenees, I share practices of deep listening, slow walking, poetic language, mindful movement and meditation. I use my artistic practice and Mindfulness techniques to help others develop a ‘being-with’ and physical connection to the living mountain.
